Flashtubes for Broncolor Universal heads

For more than 30 years, Phoxene has been supplying the biggest photo studios worldwide with flashtubes, domes and accessories for their flash heads.

The light blue Broncolor Universal heads are one of their first products. They have been offered in the late 60’s, till first years of the 80’s. They can deliver as much as 3000 Ws of power, even if some are only rated 1500 Ws or even 750Ws. The heads accept plug-in flash tubes, with ceramic base.

No tools are required to replace these “plug & play” flashtubes. Due to the specific shape of the flash tube, some customers also name it “Omega”, or “Horseshoe”.
