New flashtube for Profoto D1 & D2 heads. This one is in Pyrex (our other flashtube for D1 heads is in quartz).
Pyrex flash tubes often have a shorter lifespan compared to those made in quartz, especially when used at their maximum rated energy but they are cheaper.
We recommend this flash tube to the owners of D1 250 & 500 Ws Max., or to those who own a D1 1000 ws but who use it especially at low energies
